Can I customize Properly’s checklists for my property?

Absolutely. You can add or remove tasks that are specific to your property. You can also add requests for additional photos of the property after the job is complete.

If I clean my own property, should I use Properly?

Absolutely. Using the Properly app will give you the ability to reference checklists and check off tasks to make sure nothing is forgotten. You can also access Properly’s How-to, Safety and Best Practices checklists at anytime in the app.

How is Properly different from a property management software (PMS)?

Because a PMS primarily focuses on tools for managing guests and reservations, it doesn’t have the sophisticated features that Properly does such as the ability to request and capture photos of the property when the cleaning is finished or the ability to monitor your cleaner’s jobs in real time. Also, a PMS does not provide you with research-based, professional checklists to help improve review scores.

How do I know the checklists cover everything I need to do?

Properly’s checklists are based on research and experience and include cleaning and maintenance items known to cause low cleanliness ratings.
